what to say?...

i guess it's been a while since i've really blogged.

first things first: i'm tired of school. i mean, i love what i'm learning, but i'm tired of the daily grind. in particular, i HATE MY PROJECT. that's right, the project i was so excited about is going to be the death of me. trying to get participants to fill out my survey is basically impossible. i can't even talk about it, it's so frustrating. all i know is, i want this project to be over.

i'm wrestling with myself over what to do for the summer. i have this potential intense job at the bloorview kids rehab centre. probably be a great experience, learn lots. at the same time, europe is calling me. and so is a summer of pure chillin' and relaxin'. i don't know what to do, but i'm slowly starting towards the traveling/fun summer.

i've been placed at st. mikes hospital next year and i couldn't be more excited. i can't wait to get into the hospitals and get my hands dirty, so to speak. but every week we have class is another week i realize how little i know and how much i have to learn. i'm willing to learn it, i just don't want to learn it in a classroom any longer.

i'm so pumped about going to niagara falls and then NYC the following week. i need to get away and just clear my mind.

come faster spring...

i'm officially done with winter. i'm officially done with pre-clerkship. i want spring and clerkship to come. i want to actually have a regular income. i want to actually usefully interact with patients. i want a lot of things right now, and i don't really need any of them, but i want them.
