how to distract me while in class...
i was sitting in bio150 this morning, minding my own business as usual. these 3 girls come and sit in the row ahead of me. they're pretty hot, but that alone, doesn't distract me.
the girl in the middle, seems to be upset about something, so the girl to her left decides to rub her back in comfort. no problem there.
THEN, it happens. the girl comforting the girl in the middle starts to reach under the other girls shirt to comfort her (from the back). so basically, it's like comforting her friend... but with direct skin contact underneath her shirt... now.. i'm distracted.
i'm not a girl, but i'm certain that this isn't a normal thing for girls to do (this extreme sensitive comforting....). although they didn't really seem like they were together (ie a couple), so i sorta just thought they were extra friendly. too friendly if you ask me.

DONE...
i am finally done my plant design project. the final presentation was this morning and i am very glad it's over. the president of boeing was at the presentation and he was very impressed with us. even the chair of the department was impressed.
looking back, the endless hours of being awake, working hard and stressing out was worth it. plant design is truly a learning experience like none other. in fact, i'd say it's chemical engineering at UofT's biggest selling point. it was great.

biology is boring...
Her: I hate this. I want to go to sleep.
Me: You hate class?
Her: Yeah. I hate these stupid labs. I hate Biology.
Me: But aren't you in... life sciences?
Her: Yeah.
Me: Then why did you go into biology if you hate life science.
Her: Just cause. I hate this. Why are people so slow. this is dumb.
Me: so what do you plan on doing with this degree that you hate?
Her: i don't know. probably go into medicine, like everyone else.
Me: But I thought you said you hate biology.
Her: yeah.
this is me and the girl i sit beside in my bio150 class. getting into medicine has drawn a cult like following instead of being a profession that requires a dedicated and passionate individual. i can't even begin to express how disappointing this is.
stalker <---> stalkee...
i wonder if anyone has ever quasi-stalked me. for those of you who know me well, you know that i've done my fair share of stalking. for those of you who don't know me well, it's not as bad as it sounds.
but really, steph talks about healthy stalking all the time. not deliberately going out of your way to follow someone, but sorta checking someone out on a regular basis. they key however, is that the stalkee never knows what you're doing.
so i wonder if anyone has ever stalked me? i guess i'll never know... unless she reveals her self, in which case she's no longer my stalker.
