so close...

i'm drained. between my community health project, studying for tests, and the grind of everyday life, i need a break. i need it badly.

it's been a great beginning to 2nd year, but i'm starting to feel a little burnt out and and i definately need a couple weeks to gear up for another 5 months of grind that's going to be... much more intense than the first 4 months. my study will be in its execution phase, my hours at school will be longer and the tests are going to be harder. i think the dread of post-christmas work is enough to drain me.

on a side note, i've become slightly obsessed with thinking about getting a palm treo. yes, i know i just got a palm tx, but the appeal of having an integrated cell phone and PDA is quite inticing. as is being able to check my email anywhere. i can sell my palm tx, so that's not a problem. i've also managed to convince telus to give me acquisition pricing on a treo, so i won't be paying a ridiculous amount of money for it. but.... the reasonable side of me is convincing me that i don't need this and i should just stick with what i've got. stupid reasonable part of my brain.
